You can leave a voicemail telling something funny, serious, or just to finish that story no one at school or the office wanted to listen to, so anything goes really. Cussing is fine, however racism, being sexist, and other things that are common sense are not fine, stereotypes are fine if used playfully.

Google voice also tries to figure out what you are saying, then transcribes it into words, so it might be funny to see what goole thinks you are saying.
